100-day money-back guarantee. Try your Bellrose Warmth Massager at home for 100 days from the day it's delivered. If it isn't right for you, for any reason, you can return it for a full refund of the product price.

How to return. Email support@trybellrose.com with your order number within 100 days of delivery. We'll reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label, so returning costs you nothing. Please send the wrap back with its charging cable and straps. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Refunds. Once we receive your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days and email you to confirm. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days for the money to show in your account.

Damaged or faulty items. If your wrap arrives damaged or stops working, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Bundles. You can return one or all wraps from a 2-pack or 3-pack. If you keep some, we refund the price you paid for each returned wrap, based on the bundle price.
